Detection and Response (OneVoice & All Applications):
We employ both automated systems and human reviewers to detect and remove harmful content across OneVoice's real-time communications and all our applications. When potential CSAE content is identified:
- Content is immediately removed and accounts are suspended across all platforms
- In OneVoice, chat logs and communication history are preserved for law enforcement
- Immediate reports are made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies
- Comprehensive investigations are conducted with special focus on communication patterns in OneVoice
- Additional preventive measures and enhanced monitoring are implemented as needed
- User safety notifications are sent when appropriate
